The Jacksons Hub is a private family service. This policy explains how its email notifications work.
What we access
With the Google account owner's permission, the service can send email through Gmail. It asks for permission to send email only. It cannot read the inbox, access contacts, or manage existing messages.
How we use and store information
The service uses this permission to send notifications chosen by the owner. Permission information is stored on a privately controlled computer, not on this website. Basic records of notifications and errors may be retained for troubleshooting. We do not use Google account information for advertising or marketing.
Who receives information
Emails are sent through Google to recipients chosen by the owner. We do not sell personal information or share Google account information with advertisers. Cloudflare hosts this website and may handle standard website request information.
Your choices
The account owner can stop future email access at any time through Google Account connections and can delete saved permission information from the private system. Emails already delivered may remain in the recipients' mailboxes.
